The planning and execution of the giveaway is carried out exclusively by BD Apartment GmbH, Schönhauser Allee 43a, 10435 Berlin. The giveaway is not connected to the social media platforms Instagram or TikTok. No claims can be asserted against the respective social media platforms when participating in the giveaway.

2.1 Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

2.2 Only people that have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

2.3 A person takes part in the giveaway by completing the required action for participation in due time, depending on the giveaway.

3.1 Participation by employees of BD Apartment GmbH and cooperation partners and their relatives is prohibited.

3.2 BD Apartment GmbH is entitled to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of suspected fraud and manipulation of the giveaway or violation of the conditions of participation and to subsequently disallow or reclaim prizes.

3.3 Participants who leave untrue personal details may also be excluded from the giveaway.

4.1 Participants have the opportunity to take part in the giveaway on any given day within the deadline from April 11, 2025 to April 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Participation after the end of the deadline is not possible.

4.2 Only one entry per participant is possible.

4.3 The winner will be drawn using a random generator.

4.4 The winner will be contacted by direct message from @homewithnabila via Instagram and asked for their personal details. If the winner does not respond to the request within a period of three weeks, BD Apartment GmbH reserves the right to transfer the prize to another participant.

4.5 The processing and planning of the final travel and accommodation prize shall take place exclusively in direct communication between the participant and BD Apartment GmbH. The participant is not entitled to a specific travel date. All travel costs incurred outside the giveaway description will be covered by the participant him/her/themself.

4.6 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the winner, the prize must be redeemed within the validity period. Unredeemed prizes expire after the deadline. There is no entitlement for participants to request further prizes from BD Apartments GmbH.

4.7 Cash payment of the prize or any compensation for the prize is not possible under any circumstances.

4.8 By confirming the trip, the winner is subject to the travel conditions and house rules of the Serviced Apartment brand STAYERY.

5.1 All personal data collected by BD Apartment GmbH as part of the giveaway will only be used to carry out the giveaway.

5.2 Any information provided by the participant may be renewed or deleted at any time upon written request (e-mail) to BD Apartment GmbH (datenschutz@stayery.de). 

The giveaway is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The organizer is free to suspend, prematurely terminate or cancel the giveaway at any time without given reasons. If the giveaway cannot be carried out correctly for legal or technical reasons, this law shall apply.
