General info

  • A Serviced Apartment offers the comforts of home and the services of a hotel. The apartments at STAYERY offer you a kitchenette, lots of space for your stuff and an extra big bathroom. At the same time we offer the services of a Boutique Hotel such as weekly cleaning, our hosts as a direct contact person and complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi. The best from both worlds - apartment and hotel. 
  • STAYERY is the Serviced Apartment of the next generation. We live modern design from the Berlin designers studio aisslinger, accompanying you on your whole journey with modern technologies such as the 24/7 digital check-in. We also offer a community spaces with our loft, making it easy to meet like-minded people and settle in the new city.
  • Currently you can find STAYERY at several locations in Germany and we continue to expand. Please have a look at our location overview to find out where we are already open or have a STAYERY in planning.

Before the stay

  • You can book fast and easy, directly via our homepage. That is where you always get the best prices too. If you got any questions reach out to our central reservations department via phone +49 30 403 6570 30 or write us an email to stay@stayery.com and we get back to you as soon as possible.
  • No, you will not need to pay a deposit. During your booking you leave your credit card as a security for your reservation. Potentially arising additional costs will be charged from your deposited payment method after consulting with you.
  • The minimum duration is one day. 
  • The maximum duration is six months. 
  • Generally you pay your apartment at STAYERY upon Check-in. At point of booking we deposit your credit card only as a guarantee for your reservation. If you stay for longer than one month, you pay only the first month upon Check-in. The following installments are then paid on a monthly basis. The installment is charged from your deposited payment method automatically. 
  • With us you pay everything with credit card. Unfortunately we do not offer alternative payment methods such as cash, bank transfer or debit card.
  • You can cancel your apartment according to our cancellation policies. You can check those in our terms and conditions.
  • If you cancel your stay within the allowed time of our terms and conditions you receive a full refund.
  • Of course we also love animals at STAYERY. As we want to be considerate of all our guests though, we ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed to stay with us. 
  • Your apartment got everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, from the sauce pan to the french press, and includes tableware for two people. Linen and towels are also included in your apartment.
  • We got parking spots in almost every STAYERY. For a small fee per night you are able to rent those. Please check with us for availabilities when making your reservations. We also inform you of our prices upon request.

During the stay

  • You can extend your stay via our colleagues in reservations. You can reach them by phone via +49 30 403 6570 30 or via email to stay@stayery.com. Please let us know at point of enquiry how much longer you want to stay.
  • You can check in anytime ater 3.00 pm on your day of arrival. With our digital Check-in you can access STAYERY anytime, even when we aren't there personally anymore. Just let us know if you plan to arrive after midnight or on another day.
  • Use the PIN code you received in your pre-arrival email to get into our main entrance. At our cool ice cream cart in the entrance are you can just check yourself in. Follow the instructions on the tablet to receive your key card. Ask our hosts for help anytime they are around. Alternatively you can check-in via the app even before arrival. 
  • On day of departure we ask you to check-out until 11.00 am. The next guest is already waiting. Thanks for helping us achieve a smooth process.
  • Your apartment is being cleaned once a week. To make sure you always know when to expect us you can remember this: Arrival day = cleaning day. Upon request and for an additonal charge of 25€ per cleaning we can come by your aparment more often. Just talk to us about it.
  • Our hosts are the modern concierge. They look after you during your stay and are available any time for your questions and requests.
  • This varies between STAYERYs. You can expect to meet us on property throughout the day anytime. If you want to know more, just reach out to us.
  • You can meet your hosts simply on site or reach them via email, phone or whatsapp. You can find our contact details on the page of our respective locations. 
  • No. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. E-cigarettes and smoking with an open window are not permitted either. You can have a smoke in the outside areas of STAYERY.
  • The majority of the time our hosts are on site to check if everything is in order. But of course STAYERY is protected around the clock by an electronic lock and video control to provide a secure home for you. Our external security provider checks if everything is in order regularly during the night and can be on the spot in emergencies.
  • Via our Check-in ice cream cart you can create a new card for yourself anytime. Alternatively you can reach out to our hosts. In case you are standing in front of a locked front door, just ring the bell and we either help you personally or via call system. If you lock yourself out outside of our host hours we charge a fee of 50€ for any extra journey required. 

After the stay

  • No. You already paid everything at Check-in. Just make sure you leave nothing behind, grab your belongings and off you go.
  • You receive your bill after Check-out via email. If you stay longer than one month and prefer to receive your bill on a monthly basis please let us know.
  • You can leave your luggage with us until your departure. If you want to store your luggage with us longer, we will try our best to make it possible. Please note though, that due to limited storage capacities a luggage deposit might not always be available. Thank you for your understanding.
  • In case you lost something at STAYERY, please let us know as soon as possible. You cover the postage and gladly send you your missing items.
