Where to park for check-in?

Park your car near the STAYERY entrance for the duration of check-in. Then check in. You can now use your keycard to enter the underground parking garage. Please make sure that you reserve your parking space in advance. This is the only way to guarantee you access to the underground car park.

where is the parking?

The entrance to the underground car park is located a few meters from the main entrance. Simply drive your car through the archway into the inner courtyard, past the parking spaces. The entrance to the underground parking garage is at the far end on the right. Please use your keycard to enter the underground parking garage.

where can I park?

Please park your car in one of the parking spaces marked with a STAYERY sign. Once you have parked, simply go through the marked door to get to the elevator. This will then take you directly to your apartment.

How high is the underground parking garage?

The clearance height is 1.90 meters.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer charging stations for e-cars.

Are there parking spaces for people with limited mobility?

Unfortunately, we do not have wider parking spaces for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.

Do I have to reserve a parking space in advance?

To ensure that we always have a parking space available for you, we ask you to reserve your parking space in advance. When booking via our website, you can reserve the parking space directly. Or you can simply send us an e-mail to stay@stayery.com.

How much do the parking spaces cost?

Our parking spaces cost 15 euros per night. If you are planning a longer stay of 30 nights or more, we will be happy to make you an individual offer.

What alternative parking options can you recommend?

There is paid parking in the City Parkhaus Köln-Ehrenfeld. This is about a 10-minute walk from STAYERY.
