Questions about your booking
How does the check-in work?
The day before your arrival, you will receive a message by email and WhatsApp with all the information you need to check in. The PIN code will give you access to the STAYERY. Use your booking number to check in at our check-in (disguised as an ice cream cart). Simply follow the instructions on the tablet and you will receive your keycard. Our hosts are on site during the day and will be happy to help you. Otherwise you can reach us 24/7 by phone. You can check in at any time from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
How does the check-out and invoicing work?
On the day of your departure, we ask you to check out by 11:00 am. You don't have to do anything special – just throw your keycard into the letterbox in the lobby. As you pay on arrival, you can simply walk out the door. We will send you your invoice automatically after your departure. You can enter your billing address details during check-in.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If you want to stay flexible, simply book our flexible rate. You can then change or cancel your booking if necessary in accordance with our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, non-cancellable rates are non-refundable. You can find out more about our cancellation policy by clicking on the ‘i’ next to each rate.
What payment methods are available?
You can book on our website with your credit card. If you choose a flexible rate, we will only charge your credit card on arrival. If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact our reservations department by e-mail or telephone.
Do you offer breakfast?
We do not offer breakfast on site. However, you have everything you need to prepare a delicious, fresh breakfast in your kitchenette. You can also get a fresh coffee in our loft. Our hosts will also be happy to recommend a breakfast option in the neighbourhood. Just get in touch with us!
Do you offer parking?
We have an underground car park where you can park your car. This is located directly opposite STAYERY. Please note the clearance height of 2 metres. You will be given access to the underground car park via a transponder, which you will receive on arrival. When booking via our website, you can reserve the car park directly. This is offered to you as an extra service after selecting the apartment category.
