How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?
Simply select the network STAYERY, enter the password STAYnice, and you’re online.
When is my apartment cleaned?
Your apartment is cleaned once a week for free. The cleaning day is always your arrival day. If it falls on a Sunday, we’ll come by on another day.
If you’d like extra cleanings, we can arrange that for 25 EUR per cleaning. Just ask our team!
What if my keycard doesn’t work or I lose it?
You can create a new keycard anytime at the check-in ice cart. Or contact our team – we’re happy to help!
If you ever find yourself locked out, just ring the bell. Depending on the time, we’ll assist you in person or via the intercom.
How does check-out work?
Simply drop your keycard into the mailbox in the entrance area and you’re checked out. Parking underground? Then keep your keycard to access the garage and drop it into the yellow mailbox there instead.
On your departure day, please check out by 11:00 so we can prepare the apartment for the next guest.
Want to stay a bit longer? Ask our team for a late check-out. If possible, we’ll grant you some extra time in your apartment.
How do I get my invoice?
You’ll receive your invoice by email after check-out. If you’re staying longer than a month, we can also send your invoice at the end of each month upon request.

How do I use the stove?
Your stove is smart and powerful – please handle with care.
If your stove is locked and shows „Lo“, just hold down the key button to unlock it.
Be careful when adjusting the heat: the plates are really strong and we don’t want to trigger the fire alarm.
How does the extractor hood work?
Just pull the flap forward and the hood will start automatically. Then you can switch on the light and adjust the fan speed on the right side.
How does the microwave work?
Ready in just a few steps: Press the big button to open the door. Place your food on the turntable (never run empty!) and close the door. Only use microwave-safe dishes (ceramic, glass, or microwave-safe plastic) to protect both yourself and the appliance.
Press the power button and the microwave starts at full blast. Each additional press adds 30 seconds to the cooking time.

How does the dishwasher work?
Open the dishwasher and press the power button. Once the control panel lights up, the machine is ready. Load your dishes, close the door, and you’re good to go – the dishwasher starts automatically.

How do I turn on the TV?
Use the remote to switch on the TV.
No picture? No problem!
Unplug the power cord behind the TV for about 1–2 minutes and then plug it back in. After 30–45 seconds, the welcome screen should appear. If not, repeat the process or contact our team.
Remote not working?
The batteries are probably dead. Our team is happy to help here too.
How does Screen Sharing / Chromecast work?
In the TV menu, select Screen Sharing (orange field). Then choose between Direct Screen Sharing or Streaming via Chromecast. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and follow the instructions – done!
Remember to log out when you’re finished.
No power in the apartment?
Don’t panic – it’s usually easy to fix!
Make sure your keycard is in the holder to the right of your apartment door.
If there’s still no power, contact our team directly so we can get it sorted ASAP.
How to I adjust the room temperature?
Control your fancoil using the buttons under the display. The arrow keys adjust the temperature: left = cooler, right = warmer. Use the circle to move the little figure on the screen. Important: the figure needs to be inside the box for the fancoil to work.

Where can I do my laundry?
You can do your laundry in the Laundry House, located at the back of the loft on level 0.
How do the washing machines and dryers work?
Everything runs through the WeWash app, available in the App Store or Play Store. Simply register and create a user account. Payment is conveniently handled via the method stored in the app.
Then, in your profile, select the STAYERY Laundry House. You can reserve a washing machine or dryer for 10 minutes. Detergent is already included. Once your laundry is done, you’ll get a notification directly in the app.
How much does it cost?
Each wash or dry cycle costs between 3 and 4 EUR. The exact price is shown in the WeWash app.
Trash talk.
Where do I dispose of my trash?
You can easily take your trash to the waste rooms in the courtyard. You’ll need your keycard to enter.
How do I sort the trash?
We keep trash sorting simple: just separate general waste, cardboard, and glass. The city takes care of the rest. Please use the clearly labeled room for each type.
Where can I get new trash bags?
Fresh trash bags are available from our hosts – just ask!

Where can I park my car and how do I book a spot?
You can park in our underground garage. Reserve your spot directly with our hosts or our support team (contact info below).
How much does it cost?
Parking is 18 EUR per night. Staying longer than 29 nights? Get in touch with us for a personalized offer.
Can I keep my car after check-out?
Usually, parking spots need to be cleared by 11 AM. But just ask our team – sometimes it’s possible to leave your car a little longer.
What alternative parking options can you recommend?
There is paid parking in the BREPARK parking garage. This is about a 4-minute walk from the STAYERY.
Where can I park my bike?
You can safely park your bike in our bike room. Just head through the courtyard to get there. You’ll need your keycard to get in.

How do I get more toilet paper?
Extra toilet paper is available from our hosts. If no one is around, you can find spares in the Laundry House.
Where can I find extra towels?
Towels are also available from our hosts. If no one is on-site, check the Laundry House.
Where can I find a dustpan?
There’s one ready for you in the Laundry House. Feel free to use it anytime and put it back when you’re done.
Can I receive mail?
Absolutely! Send your letters or packages to the STAYERY address and put your name as the recipient. As long as our team is on-site, we’ll happily accept your delivery. You can pick it up at our hosts’ back office.
