If your parking space is already booked, you can drive directly to the underground parking garage at the above address. Please note that the clearance height is 2 meters.
At the entrance, simply enter the PIN code you received by e-mail or text message. Please note that the PIN code is only valid once. As soon as you have checked in, you will use your keycard from then on.
You don’t need the keycard to exit. The barrier will open automatically.

From the underground garage, enter the STAYERY through the door marked “Just walk through this door.” You’ll need your PIN code one more time. Take the elevator or stairs down to the first basement level (-1), where you’ll find the check-in terminal (disguised as an ice cream cart).
From now on, you won’t need the PIN code – your freshly printed keycard will give you access everywhere.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Our underground parking garage is equipped with two e-charging stations provided by Wirelane. Unfortunately, they are currently not in operation. The exact date for their activation has not yet been determined. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Are there parking spaces for people with limited mobility?
We offer an accessible parking space.
Do I have to reserve a parking space in advance?
To ensure that we always have a parking space available for you, we ask you to reserve your parking space in advance. When booking via our website, you can reserve the parking space directly. Or you can simply send us an e-mail to stay@stayery.de.
How much do the parking spaces cost?
Our parking spaces cost 12 euros per night. If you are planning a longer stay of 30 nights or more, we will be happy to make you an individual offer.
What alternative parking options can you recommend?
There is free parking in the Ehrenfeldstraße 52 which is only one minute walk from STAYERY.
