Die Planung und Ausführung des Gewinnspiels geschieht ausschließlich durch BD Apartments GmbH, Schönhauser Allee 43a, 10435 Berlin. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu den Social Media Plattformen Instagram oder TikTok. Bei einer Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel können keine Ansprüche an die jeweiligen Social Media Plattformen geltend gemacht werden.

The give-away is organized and carried out exclusively by BD Apartments GmbH, Schönhauser Allee 43a, 10435 Berlin. This give-away is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by the social media platforms Instagram or TikTok. By participating in the give-away, no legal claims can be made against the respective social media platforms.

2.1 Eine Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel ist kostenfrei. | Participation in the give-away is free of charge.

2.2 Teilnahmeberechtigt sind ausschließlich Personen, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. | Only individuals who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.

2.3 Eine Person nimmt am Gewinnspiel teil, indem sie die je nach Gewinnspiel geforderte Handlung zur Teilnahme fristgemäß durchführt. | A person enters the give-away by completing the required action for participation within the specified time frame, as defined by the respective sweepstakes.

3.1 Die Teilnahme von Mitarbeitenden von BD Apartment GmbH und Kooperationspartnern sowie deren Angehöriger ist untersagt. | Employees of BD Apartments GmbH, cooperation partners, and their relatives are not permitted to participate in the give-away.

3.2 BD Apartment GmbH ist berechtigt, teilnehmende Personen bei Verdacht auf Betrug und Manipulation des Gewinnspiels oder bei Verstoß der Teilnahmebedingungen vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen und nachträglich Gewinne abzuerkennen oder zurückzufordern. | BD Apartments GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the give-away if there is any suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or violation of the terms and conditions. In such cases, prizes may be revoked or reclaimed retroactively.

3.3 Teilnehmende Personen, die unwahre Personenangaben hinterlassen, können ebenfalls vom Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen werden. | Participants who provide false personal information may also be excluded from the give-away.

4.1 Teilnehmende Personen haben die Möglichkeit an allen Tagen innerhalb der Frist an dem Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen. Im Zeitraum vom 18.04.25 bis zum 21.04.25, 23:59 Uhr ist eine Teilnahme möglich. Eine Teilnahme nach Gewinnspielende ist nicht möglich. | Participants may enter the sweepstakes on any day within the specified period. Participation is possible from April 18, 2025, until April 21, 2025, 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4.2 Je teilnehmender Person ist nur eine einmalige Teilnahme möglich. | Each person may only participate once in the give-away.

4.3 Gewinnen kann eine Person, die eine gelbe Keycard aus dem Check-in Terminal erhält, diese fotografiert und das Foto des Gewinns an stay@stayery.com sendet. Die Reihenfolge der Karten erfolgt nach dem Zufallsprinzip. | A participant can win by receiving a yellow keycard from the check-in terminal, taking a photo of it, and sending the photo to stay@stayery.com. The distribution of the keycards is random.

4.4 Meldet sich der/die Gewinner*in innerhalb einer Frist von drei Wochen nicht, behält sich BD Apartment GmbH das Recht vor den Gewinn auf eine andere teilnehmende Person zu übertragen. | If the winner does not respond within three weeks, BD Apartments GmbH reserves the right to transfer the prize to another participant.

4.5 Die Abwicklung und Planung von Reise- und Aufenthaltsgewinnen geschehen ausschließlich in der direkten Kommunikation zwischen der teilnehmenden Person und BD Apartment GmbH. Die teilnehmende Person hat keinen Anspruch auf einen bestimmten Reisetermin. Sämtliche Reisekosten, welche außerhalb der Gewinnspielbeschreibung anfallen, hat die teilnehmende Person selbst zu tragen. | The coordination and planning of travel and accommodation prizes will take place exclusively through direct communication between the participant and BD Apartments GmbH. The participant has no entitlement to a specific travel date. All additional travel expenses not explicitly mentioned in the sweepstakes description must be covered by the participant.

4.6 Wenn nicht anders in persönlicher Kommunikation mit dem/der Gewinner*in schriftlich festgehalten, ist der Preis innerhalb des Gültigkeitszeitraum einzulösen. Uneingelöste Preise verfallen nach dem Gütigkeitsdatum. Es besteht kein Anspruch für teilnehmende Personen, weitere Preise von BD Apartments GmbH anzufordern. | Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the winner and BD Apartments GmbH, the prize must be redeemed within the stated validity period. Unredeemed prizes will expire after the specified date. Participants have no right to claim additional prizes from BD Apartments GmbH.

4.7 Eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns oder eines etwaigen Gewinnersatzes ist in keinem Falle möglich. | A cash payout of the prize or any substitute prize is not possible under any circumstances.

4.8 Mit der Bestätigung der Reise unterliegt der/die Gewinner*in den Reisebedingungen und Hauregeln des Serviced Apartments STAYERY. | By confirming the trip, the winner agrees to the general terms of stay and house rules of the serviced apartments provided by STAYERY.

5.1 Sämtliche Daten der teilnehmenden Person, welche im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels durch BD Apartment GmbH erhoben wurden, werden lediglich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels eingesetzt. | All personal data collected from participants by BD Apartments GmbH in connection with the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes.

5.2 Jegliche durch die teilnehmende Person übermittelten Informationen können jederzeit auf Anfrage per E-Mail bei BD Apartment GmbH (datenschutz@stayery.de) erneuert oder gelöscht werden. | Any information submitted by the participant may be updated or deleted at any time upon request via email to BD Apartments GmbH at datenschutz@stayery.de.

Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Es steht dem Veranstalter frei, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen auszusetzen, vorzeitig zu beenden oder abzubrechen. Wenn das Gewinnspiel aufgrund von rechtlichen oder technischen Gründen nicht korrekt durchgeführt werden kann, wird dieses Recht angewendet. | The give-away is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The organizer reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel the give-away at any time without stating reasons. This right may be exercised in particular if the give-away cannot be carried out properly due to legal or technical reasons.
